One of the top traits of a leader.
Responsiveness – I believe leaders are required to be responsive to those they wish to lead. If people don’t hear from you they make up their own scenarios, become afraid, and lose interest and motivation.
Christensen Like attracts like so I believe if your Responsive your going to have people in life and business respond with you with the same value!
Robert Proctor That is an interesting word - so much so that I had to understand its origin before I could respond. :-) Thank God for the use of a trusty-dusty Online Etymology Dictionary. Now my response - For one to be responsive one has to have a ready answer. The "-ness" suffix attachment to that word speaks of its quality or state. So in essence one is operating according to Responsiveness is one who maintains a perpetual state of readiness to give not just any answer but the right answer to a query or situation encountered. The most valuable person in any group setting, say business for instance, is one who consistently provides the right answer that helps the business move towards its predetermined destination....That one is a very valuable asset indeed.
Bertha Toulson You don't get a second time to make a first impression. So seize the moment and don't procrastinate.
Marita Ionescu Thank you Sir! Responsiveness is a sign of being alive, of being aligned, of being awake, and of being open. It is how we respond to what happens to us, and therefore how we create our reality. We all know it's not about what happens to us but how we respond. In Leadership, I will always remember your lesson, which I try to live every day: You said: To lead teams of hundreds of thousands of people, you will have to have hundreds of thousands of people who respond to you. How you respond to your Leadership will be how they will respond to you. So I strive to respond as fast, as promptly and as efficiently as possible to my Leadership, so I can duplicate that. Thank you for that invaluable lesson Sir!
